こちらは二枚組のCDに36ページの解説（英語ですが）が付いたボックス・セットです。発売元のBear Famiryはドイツの会社でなかなかクセのある面白いラインナップで、今もなにかしらリリースを続けている会社です。さてニューオリンズ生まれの本グループのデビューLPがこの日本でもその昔発売されていました。私もその時に始めて彼らと出会ってからずっとお気に入りのグループとなっています。たぶん彼らのCDというのはこれだけだと思われ、本作でコンプリートできているのではないでしょうか。活動期間のわずか3年ほどに残したこの作品集でニューオリンズ・グループの一端を垣間見ることができそうです。なにはともあれカッコいいじゃないですか！
