| I would very
much like to write to you for your website on a regular
basis, it would be fun! The Danish Radio Big Band has a 6 month work schedule: we start our playing season in October and finish in March. The band is basically on leave from March until October, so we usually do not play during this period. However, starting from this summer, the music department of The Danish Radio which we belong to is booking us at many of the large Jazz Festivals around Europe. We are scheduled to play at the Montreux Festival in Switzerland and the Pori Festival in Finland, among others. So I will try to send you a monthly message telling you about the activities of the DRBB and also maybe other things such as CD releases, recordings and possibly other interesting Jazz events here in Denmark.
