ＳＰＡＮＡは圧縮された"zip"ファイルで提供されますが、自動解凍ファイルではありません。適当な解凍ツールを用いて解凍してください。また、既に旧バージョンがインストールされている場合はアンインストール操作で旧バージョンを除いたうえで、念のためにプログラムフォルダー内に"spana"のフォルダーが無いことを確認してください（もし、残っている場合はフォルダー内のファイルで必要なものを移動した後フォルダーを廃棄してください）
ファイルを解凍後、生成する"setup.exe"をダブル・クリックしてプログラムをインストールしてください。この操作によって通常c : driveの”￥Program Files (x86)￥spana” folderに実行プログラム”spana.exe”などSPANAに必要なファイルがコピーされます。ただし、標準のインストール操作ではデスクトップ上などに自動的にはSPANAのアイコンを生成しないので、プログラムの起動用アイコンは使用者各自で上記”spana.exe”からショートカット・アイコンを作成し、適宜デスクトップ上など適当な場所にそれを配置して使用してください。
バグ等についての御意見などメールにてお知らせください。また、旧版をご希望の方はメールにてお知らせください。

SPANAの内部アルゴリズムとしても使用している一般最小二乗最適化プログラム LSPE、 および反応速度解析用最小二乗最適化プログラム REDAP を公開します。両プログラム共に WINDOWS の DOS-box上で作動するテキストベースのプログラムで、Ｃ言語で書かれています。
LSPEでは複数の独立変数を含む複数の従属変数のデータに対する非線形最小二乗最適化計算が可能です。詳細については、添付readmeファイル及び
　　「生体機能関連化学実験法」、日本化学会生体機能関連化学部会編、p49、化学同人、2003
を参照してください。
