This Glossary translated into English the item which was excerpted from "The term dictionary of SOBA(buckwheat)" of "The Soba site of Osaka-Kamigata". Since I began this work from 2012, the number of terms which took in here is very few now. Accordingly, I intend to increase the number to publish from now on. However, I am sorry, I have led life completely unrelated to English until now. Therefore, I have no self-confidence about whether it can be realized as an English sentence sure enough. Although I am sorry, please judge correctly for yourself from a word or a text.

In this term dictionary classifies the expression of the word "SOBA" as follows. First, expression of a vegetation and cereals, etc. write as "buckwheat." Next, "soba noodles" is used about the SOBA related to noodles. And, the term of "soba" is used when SOBA appears in the inside of history or literature or a place name.

The following explained the surrounding term related to SOBA.
