| 1980年大阪生まれ、京都・大阪を拠点に活動。 京都市立芸術大学大学院 美術研究科保存修復専攻にて、文化財の保存修復や東洋絵画の模写を学んだ後、絵画や古文書の修復工房にて補彩作業に従事する。 現在は仏画や水墨画の絵師としての活動とともに、東洋絵画における写生・模写の技術をベースに、「うつす」過程を重視しながら、かつてあったもの、今ここにあるもの、これから起こりうる未来を結び、行き来するような表現を求め制作している。 |
| Born in Osaka in 1980, primarily active in Kyoto and Osaka. After studying the conservation of cultural properties and copying East Asian paintings at the Graduate School of Art, Kyoto City University of Arts, I worked on retouching at a studio specializing in Asian paintings and ancient document preservation. Currently, alongside my work as a painter of Buddhist and ink paintings, I create works that focus on the process of 'transferring,' drawing on techniques of copying in East Asian painting, seeking expressions that connect and traverse the past, the present, and the potential future. |
