流れの中に横たえた平板表面上に境界層が存在する場合、表面を下流方向に動かしても上流方向に動かしても
　摩擦抵抗が減少することがわかった。これを利用すれば新しい摩擦抵抗低減法の開発が可能になると思われる。

We have found that the friction drag decreases not only when the surface moves downstream but also when it
moves upstream (Fig.2), if the boundary-layer exists on the surface of a flat plate lying in a stream. This enables
us to find new methods of decreasing the friction drag. (March 26,2021)
