In 1853, it took Commodore Perry months to reach Japan, where he was met with hostility by Samurai Warriors bearing katana. Today, the world is getting smaller; understanding and International thinking are the weapons we need to arm ourselves for the days ahead. At Top Ten we take the approach that updating our thinking regularly and growing with the changing times is as essential to the modern businessman as is the command of the English Language.

Bob Constantino established Top Ten to bring together businessmen and women whose ambitions recognise a need to establish a foundation of thinking and communication so that they can perform more effectively within their company.
Business methods have remained long-unchanged in Japan and recently more and more professionals are becoming aware of the need for more Global thinking. Top Ten provides not only English Tuition but also the study of business methods of various countries and cultures. Guest speakers are invited regularly to share their knowledge and all students are encouraged to participate in the lesson content. Innovation is highly prized. Students are paired off during lessons so that they can interact with a partner. Each pair must demonstrate during the lesson, their ability to grasp and debate the subject at hand.
The main aim at Top Ten is to teach the students how to focus and/or refocus their aims and strategies and then to take their newly-learned philosophy
out into their business lives and continue applying it there.
