Let our expert team of car washers pamper your vehicle!!
This project is brought to you by The H.O.P.E. Team and we look forward to your participation!!
The money collected from this project willgo to support The Tustin Center, formally known as The Alex Center. The Tustin Center is starting all over on their own from scratch and will need all the support they can get.
TIME: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Please call or e-mail Meg Kuroda at extension 6318to make an appointment. All appointmentsshould be booked with Meg by WednesdaySept 3rd.
COST:
$5.00 for cars and trucks, $8.00 for vans & SUV s (exterior wash, dry and we ll even do the windows!)

社内でこの様なメイルが回っていた。内容は、皆さん車を洗いましょう！料金は乗用車５ドル、バンは８ドル。集まったお金は寄付をします。
以前に赴任前の研修でアメリカの企業は地域に色々な意味で寄付活動をすることが多いと聞いていた。まさにそれの一環、車を洗うのは各職場からのボランティア。
駐車場に面した喫煙場所でタバコを吸っていると。
『作井さん！車洗わない！』（英語だけど、こんなノリ）
『今からでも良い？』
『車持っておいでよ！』
『作井さんは２５ドルよ！（笑）』（冗談）
僕の車は大分汚れており、洗って貰うことにした。町の手洗いに比べると半額、８ドルを払った。
洗って貰う従業員も寄付が前提、ボランティアで車を洗う従業員も寄付活動の一環。日本の会社も色々な意味で地域などに貢献はしているが、単にお金だけを払い、企業イメージを宣伝することが多い。ボランティア活動を通しての貢献はまだまだ少ないと思う。
