長くなって申し訳ないです。 
個人的な解釈も含まれてるけど、訳はこんな感じ。 
雑誌とかあんまり読んでないから本人の意図は分からないけど、
訳してみた限りだと、犯罪者に対する判決について…というか
犯罪が横行する世の中についての批判かなと思った。
