| We will send you our bank account information, please transfer your deposit 30,000yen to hold your room within 7 dayst. also the remittance charge to Japan , please make payment by your self. when we receive your deposit 30,000yen to our bank, your booking will be confirmed. please pay transfer fee by own. if there is no budget account within 7days in Japanese time, we will cansel your room booking. | |

| About the cancel: | |
| If you would like to cancel after transfer your deposit, we will accept
it within 32days of your check-in.. if your cancel was within 31days in
Japanese time, we can not refund your deposit without any reason. it is
because we are holding your room and refusing other booking for you. so,
when you book, please be careful the date. also, we diduct transfer fee when we refund to your bank. |

| 保証金をお振込後、万一キャンセルされる場合は、速やかにお知らせ下さい。お振込頂きました保証金は振込手数料を差し引き、全額返金させて頂きます。但し、入居日まで31日を切っている場合は返金できませんのでご注意ください。キャンセルは32日前までにお知らせ下さい。 | |
| What you need when you move in to Sakura apartment: | |
| Please bring your passport copy, rent fee for the first month. Fill in the form and sign a rent agreement.You will get the key. | |
| 入居時に必要な物: | |
| ご入居時に、免許証や保険証、パスポート等身分を証明できる1つをご持参ください。また入居時に契約書にサインして頂きお部屋の鍵をお渡しします。 | |
| How to move out : | |
Please let us know 30days before you leave. please check our "contract sheet". Please clean your room. The room will be checked by our staff before you leave. If there is no problem, the deposit will be returned without 3,000Yen as a room cleaning charge. Please return your room key. also, We refuse the staying within 30days by a law of Japan. So if you leave within 30days, we cannot pay you back of your rent fee without any reason. |

| 退去日の30日前までにお知らせ下さい。詳しくは入居時に契約書をご確認ください。お部屋のご自身のお荷物はきれいに撤去してください。退室時にスタッフがお部屋お確認します。お部屋に破損等が無い場合はお部屋のクリーング代3000円を差し引き保証金を返金致します。また、1ヶ月以内の滞在は法律により不可です。例えば1ヶ月間の入居で、何らかの理由により10日で退室する場合、残りの20日間分の家賃は一切返金できません。 | |

We accept the parson from 18 year to 39 year olds who can understand about conhabitation. and we are sorry that we can not accept the sensitive and nervous parson for conhabitant share house. You might feel noisy sometime. also we can not accept the parson who can not stay more than one month. We are sorry that these facilities are not equipped with the facilities for people with a physical disability. |

18歳から39歳までの方がご入居頂けます。またシェアハウスですので共同生活に向かない方、神経質な方、極度に潔癖症の方、自己中心的な考えの方はご遠慮下さい。また一ヶ月以下の入居はできませんのでご了承ください。 当アパートは恐縮ですが身障者用の設備は整っておりません。 |
