国産小麦粉 ひらがい卵 低温殺菌牛乳 日高バター 100％乳脂肪の生クリームを使用しています。また、スポンジには乳化起泡剤などを一切使用せず、生地をしっかりと泡立てて丁寧に作ることにより、ふんわりしっとりとしたスポンジを作り上げています。安心して美味しくお召し上がりいただけます。
保存料を一切使用していませんので、お早めにお召し上がりください。
自然な味わいをお楽しみ下さい。

We use only homegrown flour, eggs from naturally raised hens, Four leaves butter and fresh cream. Cakes are completely additive and preservative free.
Please enjoy our fresh cakes within a few days.

You can order from abroad,but we can only deliver inside Japan and the payment must be done in advance by international postal order which you can settle at your postoffice. You can send us the amount directly into our postal account.We don`t accept any card payments.

Please place your order at least 7 days in advance of date of delivery if you are in Japan,if you order from abroad, then please order two to three weeks in advance,as it takes some time until we receive your payment from abroad.
