　ドイツの名門オーケストラ、SWR ビッグ・バンドが、サミー・ネスティコと共演した二作目。一作目「No Time Like The Present」同様、ネスティコがベイシーの為にアレンジしたチャートを彼の指揮で録音したベイシー・ファン待望のアルバム。ネスティコは、「ぼくの大好きなカウント・ベイシーのヒット・ナンバーを、此れほど上手くプレイ出来る楽団はどこにもない。力を合わせて、僕たちは気品あるビッグ・バンド・サウンドと、たくさんの新しいエネルギーとを結びつけた。」と言います。ネスティコ・サウンドの真髄が聴ける訳です。
　SWR ビッグ・バンドは、１９５０年代に創設されたといいますから歴史も古く、よく訓練されたアンサンブルと腕達者なソリストによって極めて高い演奏スキルを維持、欧州を代表するバンドの一つに挙げられます。サウンドは、ヨーロッパのバンドらしく洗練されていますから、その分ベイシー・バンドのようなダイナミズムに欠けます。この辺りが好みの別れる所かもしれません。新しいネスティコ・サウンドの誕生です。(November 7, 2005)
