Masatugu is the swordaker of Naotane family. He learned in Masahide Suishinshi and Notane.
He succeeded to the third because the second Masahide died young though he becomes the second Masahides'daughter son-in-law
and He made a sword at the feudal clan mechanic of Tatebayashi .
He did not cut the inscription character with Masahide for lifetime, and the swords'style looks like Natane more than Masahide
. He lived in Edo Okachimachi. He died in 1860(万延) at 47 year old.
This product is ordinary body width,and thickness. The curve is well and that it is beautiful style.
Itame can be refined well, and Jinie is stuck, and Hadame can be realized well.
Spiral skin is exchanged, and Chikei appears in violently in parts.
Kinsens'line appear well in the point of sword and that Sunanagashi, Nie can look in the Blade and Nioi is deep.
This sword is reminiscent of the masterpiece of Notane
Spiral skin and the violence of Chikei are the results which this song is pressed for specially. They are good poducts of Soshuden.
