How to Find Us from Kyoto Station

There are two (plus taxi) ways to reach our guesthouse with public transportation:

(1) By Subway

1. You need to go from “Kyoto Station” (K11) to “Karasuma Oike” (烏丸御池) (T13 / K08), then change line and finally go to “Higashiyama Station” (東山) (T10).

2. Take Exit 2 (出口２).

3. Get out of Exit 2 and walk to left and you can find a shopping arcade.

4. Walk pass this arcade all the way until the end (about 5min on foot) And when the arcade ends (i.e. when you reach a street without roof), you take right. Inari Inn is 15m on your left.

The house with a yellow post bag on the door is Inari Inn.

(2) By Bus

1. Get out of the Kyoto Station structure, and go to Bus Terminal and locate/go to the booth, D2

2. Take bus No206, which runs very regularly, within 10min intervals. Their last bus departing time is 23:06 every day.

3. Get off at the bus stop, “Chioin-Mae” (知恩院前) (“Chioin” = the name of the famous temple just nearby, “Mae” = In front).

4. You walk two blocks toward north (along with the direction of bus driving). There you should see a bag store with "1905, Shinzaburo Hanpu Kaban" sign, you cross the road here (directly away from this bag store, eastward).

5. Inari Inn is within 15m on your right.The house with a yellow post bag on the door is our guesthouse, Inari Inn.
