Our Credit System is SPIKE.

Since it was reserved, cancellation fee will be charged from the 4th or later.

Transfer fees(500yen), Refund fees(500yen), Chargeback fees(1,500yen)

When cancelled on the 2 day before occupancy:
30% of the charter charge.

When cancelled on the day before ocupancy:
50% of the charter charge.

When cancelled on the same day, or a guest become a no-show:
100% of the charter charge.
