How to taka a bath?

Bathing is a simple health technique which induces relaxation and refreshment
to your body. But special idea is necessary for maintaining your health.
Newly boiled bath , which is populary desired by old people, is dangerous
to burden body. About 15,000 people lost their lives per a year in Japan
because of apoplexy during the bath time. We can say dangerous especially
in winter season. Because severely hot water shrinks blood vessel of whole
body and elevates blood pressure.
And it rather makes whole muscle hard. Please warm your dressing room and
bathroom, and do'nt forget not to keep bath water overheated. Initial water
from the hydrant tap irrigates your skin, and you may feel it prick.

So you must get warm into core of your body. Twenty minute's bathing stimutates your skin sweat gland, sweating flashs out stored waste matter from the body, promotes blood circulation, relaxes muscles, decreases your fatigues and shoulder stiffness. It's comfortable temparature for mental stabilization and sound sleep.
Next, lower half body bathing is suitable for cold constitution or foot
edema. Water pressure which covers your body, stimulates blood vessels and activates
circulation. In addition to this bathing, massage of calves and thighs
increases these effects. Procedures of lower half body bathing is as follows;
1) Put your lower legs in not hot enough water ,2) keep it for several
decades munites and 3) dip your waist. If you feel cold, warm the bathroom
with hot shower, or pour the hot water on your shoulder sometimes. Dry
towel on your shoulder is another good idea for cold protection.
And then, be sure and to supply water to body after bathing.
